  2. Congrats. I am considering finding my scale after taking a 14 day break from "NO SCALE VICTORIES" to non scale ones. My jeans almost fell off me last weekend while dancing and I really need some new shirts.
  3. Good luck on your journey!
  4. I am not hungry when I have a protein drink or make a shake with protein powder. Actually since pre op I cannot remember being hungry. Keep busy, work on a craft it something to keep your mind off food. Add doing something that makes YOU happy
  5. Tell people/strangers etc that you had hernia surgery

  11. I had a breast reduction done 15 years ago. I have been a happy person since. I highly recommend it. I took 2 weeks off work as I had a very physical job but in reality it was a vacation as I felt great after.
  12. I am not getting enough steps in my day. Fitbit checks on me. I went to the gym last night and walked the treadmill and did some cardio and strength training. I am at a major stall so need to up my movement

  14. Time for an ultra sound. Many bandsters have had to have theirs removed. Monitor what you have ate before the pain
  15. Breakfast is bagel and peanut butter or cereal with fruit or porridge Lunch is a salad with chicken Supper is small portion of meat, vegetable. I am trying to incorporate more carbs so will add more starchy vegetables as I am gluten intolerant. 18. I had a hernia repair done also. I was up walking that evening and pushed myself to walk between rests
  19. I hid my scale this week to concentrate on some NSV's. It is time to give up some tops, the neckline drops below my bra at not the best of times☺️
  20. I have had many phone conversations with my Doctors office as I have not had a fill yet. I have been advised that it isn't about feeling full. Am I feeling hungry between meals after small meals from my meal plan. I have no heart burn. It is still hard for me to stop the bad habits but I am learning as I go on my Journey
  21. Definitely create a food log so you can see if it happens with certain foods. I am post surgery 2.5 months and do have lots of gas at times. Gasex strips work wonders. Keep your Doctor updated with changes
  22. An inspiration for sure. I hid my scale for a week, I was getting very depressed with no weight loss.
  23. You have to adjust your top many times as the neck is dropping below your bust as it gets larger and larger
