Hi Sue !! Welcome. I'm recently sleeved since Tuesday, but I think it's great you took your nausea medication, and just try to ride it out. Maybe you caught a smell of something that caused a migraine or any other million reasons for one. Take your pain reliefs, and if it's not better, contact your doctor Feel better !

I was sleeved Tuesday and I just got clearance to go to full liquids. I got an organic butter nut squash Soup that was great ! Seemed like a pumpkin pie LOL. Funny how things are now.

I'm trying not. I went to the mall to pick up my new glasses. Then walmart. Hubby needed a few things. But I can tell I"m tired now, so I'm home, and relaxing. I think it nap is in the near future LOL.

Karen, yes !!!!! Just keep walking and do whatever you have to do to get that gas out

Good !! Walked down the street and back last night. Started my Protein shake this morning and it taste fabulous !! 42 grams of Protein in this beast. It will take me all day to drink it, but right now I"m not minding it. Plus I can have Soups today too ! Win win Thinking of taking the dogs for a walk. Do some light weight training with my 5 lb weights and maybe a trip to the disgusting walmart.. maybe.. I really do hate that place LOL. I did weigh myself... I shouldn't stand not to. I am down 7 lbs from surgery. I'll take it. Yup, things are good here !

I couldn't even stomach the sweetness of Jello. Even lemon jello. Any fruity for me is out. Except this Protein Drink. It's so disgusting, but it has 42 grams of Protein. So I do it here and there. But yeah, Water has become my best friend ! So my plan is to do 30cc of clear liquid every 15 minutes. so I set my alarm, start drinking my water or that nasty protein drink, and just keep doing it. I have to do this with full liquids for three weeks. But I got it. Hubby and I are about to go take a walk to the end of the street and back. Gotta keep moving ! AMY - excited for you ! You will do fine !!!

I"m home. And yes Peek, I did get two things for nausea. What was happening is I would walk, and the gas bubble would make me sick. But I've kept everything down and did 4 laps of the 3rd floor. So I'm good to go Thank you everyone for the support. You pioneers were amazing in giving us details ! HUGS to those who are going to be sleeved .. you got this ! No fears !!

Hey folks First post since being sleeve. Surgery was a success. I was up walking around a lot. Yet I'm still nauseated and throwing up, so they are making stay another night. Just wanted to touch bases with you Hugs to everyone.. can't believe it's done and over with !!

haha. I got them at Bed Bath and Beyond. I've never seen the little ones before. It was perfect ! Especially since it can hold hot liquids. I can have my morning coffee

Leslie, I went to Brooklyn, Elementary in NE Connecticut from age 5 to 10

So I'm a HUGE fan of Tervis cups !! So here's a pic ... The large size is my normal pre op Tervis Size. The medium I got for my post op op Water. And my little itty bitty tervis cup for my liquid foods for the next three weeks. So cute !! Oh, and please don't hate the Cowboys fan. It's just football.. and I was a fan since I was 5 HUGS everyone

Susan ! YES ! I have to do the same wash tonight and tomorrow. I was told not to touch my animals.. good luck with that ! I have 4 cats and 2 dogs. And one of the cats sleeps on my head. But I'll wash tomorrow as well and not touch the animals when I leave. Woah, 7 am? You're early ! That's good, get it done and over with ! I have to be there at 9 with a 11am surgery. How am I doing? HA I'm a complete freaking mess today. Teary eyed, then laughing.. I"m all over the map. I'm assuming it's normal to be a little extreme before surgery.
