1 week off ,
So, I'm having my sleeve done in August-just as I return to a new school year-and I'm wondering if y'all would share with me how much down time you had. I have a high pain tolerance, but I am worried about the fatigue that so many write about. Will I be able to make it through the day? I'm on my feet 80% of the day, so I'm pretty concerned. I know better than to push myself, but I want to be fairly productive, too. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I'm a football coach, the dehydration killing me. My mouth feels dry all the time

hey man how do you keep up with VitaminsGot my surgery-sitting in hospital bed. Feels like I did 3000 sit ups.
Congratulations!!!!
Walk as soon as you can to help with the gas. After the swallow test, you'll enjoy Water like you never have before, only in teeny sips. Tomorrow won't be so bad. The day after that will be the worst, but the payoff makes it TOTALLY worth it.

I had my surgery on 21 July and today I had my first setback. I was placed on puréed foods and I started eating my first meal of cottage cheese and yogurt today. Everything was great. My third meal of cottage cheese and Protein felt weird on the way down . I had a uncomfortable pain in my center of my chest that felt like I needed a burp but I couldn't. 20 minutes later I have nowhere I puked uncontrollably for about 10 seconds and it was like fraught. Please somebody tell me I'm not the only one that have this concern or feeling
