  1. as a pharmacist, I can say yes.
  2. Percocet is more potent by far
  3. tomorrow,Sunday, or the next Sunday?
  4. Now that the new law has taken effect they couldn't give a refill if they wanted. They'd have to physically write out a new prescription to have you hand carry to the pharmacy.
  5. Is it possibly premenstrual, too much sodium via broth or soups, more water/fluid than normal? Most likely you'll lose 4 in the next few days making it a net LOSS! Sorry you're frustrated
  6. You'll do great! I did The Heart Walk last month as my first 5k. Wanted to get one done before surgery!
  7. I try to add some unflavored powder in my broth. Don't have less than they say...if they said five keep five! Mine only said 3. :-(
  8. Understand...day 9 here but I only get 3 per day and then broth or sugar free Popsicles. It makes weight training at the gym like climbing a mountain. We've got this!!!
  9. you've got this!
  10. Amylynns:I'm having band to bypass 10/23. I know that you will do well no matter which decision you make! You're part of the best "losers" EVER! Way to go October leaders, hope to be on the other side next Thursday!
  11. I don't know what that would make me as I happened to be in the phone with insurance while they approved it and then promptly called my surgeon's office to let them know, lol. Didn't get pushed back.
  12. Thanks Melora! I'll try it.
  13. Anyone have any suggestions to avoid getting sick prior to surgery? Feels like I'm getting a sinus infection and I'm afraid I'll get cancelled. Suggestions?
  14. 10 more days until band removal and bypass!! Excited, scared I'll get sick before and they'll cancel, nervous about everything going well, ok w liquid diet but failing at water...a happy yet dehydrated ball of nerves!
  15. Watching the line of October surgeries march forward I feel excited for my 10/23 surgery. Excited but sure that the closer I get then the nerves will set in.
  16. I've done everything except the surgery. That's 25 days and counting.
  17. Thanks for the support in advance. I'm super exited, though I'm sure I'll get nervous soon.
  18. I am having band to bypass on 10/23 and would love a buddy if anyone is available!!??
  19. I am scheduled for band to bypass on 10/23. If there is anyone else around that time is definitely love to have a buddy
  20. Sadly it's like a bad April fools joke that I don't seem to be recovering from very well. I just keep seeing my original dates and appointments slip by. (The move back was my "choice". I use that term very loosely, I am approved for insurance and everything but haven't been at current job long enough to qualify for FMLA. While my brain understands it's the best decision my heart disagrees.)
  21. I understand the feeling. I was supposed to have surgery 8/14 and now not until 10/23. I feel sad as my original date creeps closer and will pass me by...but October will get here. Right?
  22. You can google omeprazole and look under the pharmacokinetic section. This will relay that it is systemically absorbed. Hope this helps.
  23. Sface1963...you're one day after my revision! Good luck!!
  24. My subtle opinion is that we pay them for their skill and their professional opinions. That being said, you are the patient and can always disagree. If they are backing up their professional opinions with facts (which they should) they may have valid points to consider but you are the patient and you ultimately make the decision...take some time to research and make the best decision for your needs! Good luck!!!
