Hello all you brave sleevers! I am a registered dietitian with a client who is 8 months post surgery who has been on a 5 month stall. Most of his 40 lb weight loss occurred within the first 3 months. He is a very heavy guy who had an expected weight loss of over 100 lbs. Although he is not doing any vigorous exercise, he has a job where he walks and takes stairs all day with his Fit Bit recording an average of 9,000 steps per day. A review of his diet has shown consistantly low calories (average 1100-1400) with adequate Protein. Please help!

Hello!
I am a registered dietitian who specializes in bariatric nutrition. You should consider a better quality 100% whey Protein isolate Protein shake.
SlimFast is not a good choice as it is a concentrate. Go to your local GNC and select an isolate such as Isopure. powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. Quest and Syntrax are also good choices.
Good Luck!
