Thank you, my questions are : how long does it take until I stop feeling sick or getting sick? I moved to soft texture foods now and I cant stop getting sick. I think I am doing everything right but now I wondering. Second question. Can you stop tolerating certain foods? I am also exercising and doing my Protein but it feel like I am not doing enough. I get real tried. Or real sore. Is that normal after all this time. I hve many more but I will wait to ask them. I have gone to my doctor and they say that my blood work is all good. I am also dealing with acid reflux. And I get depressed real bad. I dont know what I could be doing wrong.

I was told vy my doctor that. The acid would cause nausea and getting sick. So I back on mine. . With hernia you are healing. Amd hopefully it will pass in couple of weeks out. Hope that u feel better soon

I had my surgery on June 4th 2014. I have syarted eating soft texture foods. With me started to eat rhis I have been feeling like I am gaining weight. But when I weighed my shelf I only lost one pound. I not sure if I doing any of this right. I trying drinking water and flavored water.also drink my protien shakes. But no matter what I do anything that goes in my stomach. I feel nasuted or sick. Can anyone tell me why I am doing, to keep feeling this way?

Went seen doctor today .I am back on liguid diet until I have a scope done to check my stomch out. Plus blood work done. Should find something out in a day or two. I am just worried that something really wrong.

Yes I had my follow up. He said I was doing good. So far. But he give zofran. For the nausea. I called his office waiting for a call back.

I have them I got zofran. But it is not helping.

I had my sugery june 4th.2014.I just got off fluids. It does hurt and spasm when anything that goes down. Witj mine I hury for about two weeks. I notice the more I took small amount and space out what I taking amount in hour time. With ur hernia did u habe acis reflux to?

I had hernia repair. I also deal with the spasming. I try drinking real slow. And eat smaller bites. That smeems to help.
