  1. GREAT job everyone :)

I'm one of those daily weighed but only record it once per week. I find it interesting how weight changes daily and have grown accustomed to its variances. Today I broke a 2 week stall. I've been losing around 2 pounds a week lately and down to 177 from highest weight of 232!

  2. Hi everyone I had my surgery January 12th and have been losing an average of 2 pounds a week which I'm extremely happy about. I drink a Protein Shake daily and eat a Protein Bar daily ( pure Protein or quest). I look forward to my protein bar as I get my sweet tooth satisfied that way too! It amazes me how I can eat a cookie or a thin slice of cake with no full sensation but a only a couple of bites of chicken and I'm exploding at the seams! Overall super happy I'm sleeved & enjoy keeping updated in everyone else :)

  3. I'm officially sleeved!! As of yesterday I had my surgery. I was naucious last night but today feel much better as I've been walking the halls which helps with the gas pains. Already had my leak test and is came out good so I'm started on 33ml of Water for an hour? Having someone here with me is helpful too just to help with compression socks and not having to wait for someone to walk with me.

  4. Surgery is Monday so I've just got to get through this weekend! I eat out often for work taking clients or just business meetings so I'm learning already to be smarter with my orders. Today I had french onion Soup without the cheese and croutons and just sipped the broth. In hindsight maybe I should've just ordered a cup of au jus. Earlier this week I had egg drop soup and tried as much as I could to sift through the eggs. And another time instead of coffee and Desserts I had hot Decaf tea. The crazy thing is that no one really questioned me about my choices. It took me about the same amount of time as others to sip and sift my Soups as it did for them to eat their lunches. Lesson learned I need to focus on the company and conversation and NOT on the food!
