At target i think the brand is "simple balanced"... they have Italian style chicken meatballs..7g of fat and 14g of protein for 4 of them...I can only eat 2.5 to 3 .. just heat mines up with mids (low fat) spaghetti sauce and a pinch of no fat shredded mozz. This definitely helps me in my protein count. Hope that helps
  8. Chicken/tuna salad for me...loved it prior the surgery but now it sucks...my nutritionist says it'll go back to normal though

  12. I am currently on the soft food phase....going to Orlando for Christmas with family...my question is can I have protein bars? Anyone eating these during this phase? Disney world doesn't have many options and any thoughts are appreciated. I plan on asking my nutritionist but wanted feedback as well.

  16. I'm 36. I was 314 before I started my preop. I was sleeved 3 weeks ago and I'm currently 261. Stick to the script....I have no regrets. Best of luck

  20. You're just a soldier....I wasn't in pain but nothing to eat/drink for a day and a half (before and after)was killing me.
