  1. I am 800/900 a day and I was sleeved on 11.12. My carbs I avg under 40 a day and have lost 54lbs. Based on other replies looks like I'm in the same range.

  7. I was a member of a gym 2 years ago. I quit didn't have time had a child transitioning alot....went back to start up after I was cleared to work out and they made me take a new picture because they said I've changed so much. ????

  10. I remember when I came home...I sneezed ( I normally sneeze 8th 3s) after I sneezed my wife looked at me and she was like you're tearing up....that shit hurts!
  11. I'd take the meds they gave you..keep walking and stay hydrated..the first couple of weeks is a huge adjustment..I'm 5 weeks and man that period made me so much stronger and focused..u out were big and bad beforehand keep that mentality.

  16. one year and 150? I don't know how to respond to that...I didn't know what to expect and told my dr. I'd be happy 50 lbs lighter...at my one month he was like aim higher because I'm not done yet....stories like yours just resonates and makes me more motivated...can't help but just be proud reading all these success stories and hope that if I go down the right path I can be I the same boat as everyone on this site.

As much as I've learned so much from the users on this site I can't help but share my news...sure I've got family support but I don't know anyone going through this except for everyone that shares their stories on this site...I've got a long way to go...but in 6 weeks I'm down 48 lbs...3 sizes down for the shirts I wore before...4 sizes down in pants...loss some muscle but I plan to go back to my gym this friday. I've got a long way to go but man...this has just been such a boost for me and I'm hoping this ride just keeps on going. This has been the brightest spot of the year for me....thanks to all the support and information that I've read on this site...could not have done this without just family support. Still sticking to the script and feeling so blessed each day. Happy holidays to all????

  19. Anyway to bypass that pop up saying I'm eating under the recommended calories and said guys should eat at least 1200 and women should eat at least 1000 calories?
  20. Working out I was cleared after a month....driving I drove after a couple days as long as I wasn't on meds
