Well,
Things are going well. I am still having to get use to reminding my self that I have to slow down when eating. Sometimes i am so hungry that I forget lol. I am doing better with getting my Protein in each day. I usually eat about one cup of cottage cheese a day which is about 22 grams of protein total. I make my self a fruit smoothie with one scoop of my Bariatric Advantage vanilla protein. I also found out(which i was so happy lol) that Lean cuisines have a good amount of protein. The one I had yesterday was 20 grams. Any ways I have lost 75 lbs total. I have my 6 month follow up on Jan 8th. I am wearing a size 12-13 now from a size 24. I feel great and people tell me I look like very young now lol. I will post some before and after pictures when I get home tonight. Happy New year everyone
