I will be having their surgery pretty soon. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am 5 feet 3 inches and weighed about 200 pounds. Ultimately I would like to get down 112 pounds. I'm pretty sure that will take at least two years. I have severe sleep apnea and I cannot have any operation to cure it unless I lose at least 30 pounds.
