    Thx Grammy for the cheering section! Today I am 88 pounds down. My new goal is to lose 12 pounds to make that an even 100 pounds lose. No time period involved. It's just a mini goal for myself,even if it takes a year. I will still be proud and thankful for that loss.

    One week before I fly out to Mexico for Surgery. Busy getting ready and calming my nerves!

      I am ready - suddenly today - I am not nervous - I am ready. suddenly it has become something that I have to double check and make sure Im ready for... had to add extra flavoring to the isopure - couldnt handle the aftertaste - but now with crystal lite added to it - Im good with it!

      same here - funny thing is Im married to a pilot and my son is a 17 year old licensed pilot - and I hate to fly! LOL So yes - nervous about such a long flight 5.5 hours and nervous about the surgery a bit... nervous that I would be the one with complications! But trusting God with all of it!
