  10. 2 years ago today I started my weight loss journey. My Hw 256 Sw 254 Cw 150. I went from a size 22 to size 9. I no longer have problems with me feet swelling from standing too long, I can with at a brisk pace with no problem, sleep apnea is no longer a problem. And I can shop in a regular store. I having gastric bypass gave me back my life. I now love my body even though my thighs and stomach are flabby. My loose skin is minimum.
  11. I'm almost 2 years out and chicken still bothers me sometimes. It's weird sometime I can eat it without any problems and sometimes I can't.

  17. My weight loss slowed down after 6mos. I lost around 70 lbs the 1st 6 months it slowed to maybe 5lbs a month. I'm 22 months out and have lost total 106lbs.
  18. I'm 5'4 and wearing a 9/10 at 150lbs. When I started this journey Apr 2014 I was in a size 22 at 256lbs.
  19. Keep reminding that bypass surgery was tool not a cure.
  20. Regaining weight is my biggest fear. I weight myself daily and make sure to get over 60 grams of protein daily. Every blue moon I will have a craving for pizza and will have a slice. It has been over 4 months since I've had a slice o pizza. Like others I weigh myself daily. I was 256 when I started this journey 4/2014 and as of today I am 150lbs. People have to realize our old eating habits is why we needed surgery.
