    Taking it one day at a time. This pre-op diet is something else! Sugar addiction is just about as hard as when I gave up cigarettes!

      Ignore my previous comment about the lemonade from KMart, you can have it before surgery but the citric acid burns post op!!

    This sugar busters diet day one seems so hard. I have a headache and I am very hungry.
