Happy Sunday all! The spreadsheet is updated from last week. Sorry if it took awhile to add your weight. I went out of town and didn't have access to the internet like I thought I would!

I was back down this morning! 151.9, which means I met my goal!
It was brought to my attention that I missed a few posts last week. If your weight for last week is still missing/not the right weight, please let me know so I can fix it!

About three after yours from last week but you never liked it or the one after mine. I just noticed when I checked the spreadsheet this morning that you didn't have my checkin from last week on there. I was at 250 last week just so you know. Thanks for all you do!!!

Not at all! Just give me a starting weight and a goal weight. Weigh ins are usually on Mondays. =)

Hey this is my first weigh in since the challenge started. Sorry I was dodging the scale the entire month of July. I'm back on track now and ready to get these 10 lbs off!!!
It's sometimes so hard to admit that to yourself! Good for you for holding yourself accountable.

Absolutely it's ok! Do you have a starting weight from a few weeks ago? Or we can just put in this week's weight for the whole challenge up until this point. Whichever is better for you. I hope you were out of the country doing fun things and had a great time!

I have weight loss support group this evening, so I will be updating the spreadsheet pretty late tonight. For those of you that weighed in after Wednesday last week, those weights will be updated this evening too.

Those are great ideas for challenges!!! I'm unsure of what the next one will be. I was thinking of doing a back to school one, but I like the Veterans Day one! And then maybe a Holiday challenge following that that would run from November through the first Monday of the year?

Is it too late to join? I weigh everyday so I have my weights from 7/13 and 7/20. I started out at 276.8 on 7/13 and was 273.6 on 7/20. My goal is 260 by Labor Day. Thanks....never did one of these before or posted on here before.....great idea! By the way, my name is Sherrie.

You give your weights each week, and I usually have it done on Monday evening and then again on Wednesday for those I missed.

Hi, I posted my goal early and posted Monday my weigh in and am not on the spreadsheet yet... just wanted to see if you could add me thank youIts time for another challenge! This challenge will be beginning with the first weigh in and goal on Monday, July 13. If you want to post your name and goal weight sooner, that's fine, but it might not get added to the spreadsheet until Monday, July 13. All weigh ins will take place on Monday. The last weigh in will be Monday, September 7. This will allow a total of 9 weigh ins in all. The link for the spreadsheet is posted below.

- Please post weigh ins here in this post only.
- We are all here to support each other, so questions posted here will be answered by anyone else willing to help.
- If you want to adjust your goal weight, just add that in any reply to this post.

I think this had something to do with the way you copy and pasted it - not sure what exactly, but there was text background color which we don't have on here...and a ton of back to back spans.
Were you using Word or other software to edit the post at some point?
I've edited your post and it's showing up fine right now for all mediums.
Someone else was running the challenges before me, so I just copied/pasted her rules (the reminder section) and edited them a little, but within the BP posting section. Thanks for fixing it for me! I really appreciate it!
