  4. For sure me too!!! Nasty, I'm 4 weeks out and still have smelly urine...I didn't think I was still in Ketosis, but maybe I am, I have no infections, and everything else is good, but I NO WAY get 64 oz of water in a day...I'll be lucky to get 16oz...daily,..water seems to gag me now, when before it never did...!!! struggling there for sure...
  5. Okay so this is pretty close, but what about your urine, I seriously have smelly urine since surgery!! is this caused from lack of water..? gag!

  7. This is the worst...this will lead to lack of weightloss, and pain, bloating...not to mention the frustration....I started eating 1-2 oz of well cooked Beans a 2 times a day...just to help plus taking chewable fibers...daily... Im at week 4 and I now eat 3 oz of beans, lentils of some sort daily sometimes 2 to 3 times to keep regular, this is a great Protein source as well as Fiber...eating this fiberous food will keep you full longer as well...
  8. Maybe try telling yourself "I choose not to eat these foods" Instead of saying you can't hav them...!! It's really difficult, but wow I never want to go thru this again, after everything I went thru the last 4 weeks, forget McD's, or my favorite mexican resturant..I want the weight loss more than the burger, or Burritos'..Good Luck!!
  9. I'm nearly 4 weeks out, I'm still on soft foods, and small amounts, about 3 oz at a time, I still continue with sugar free popsicles to keep my water intake in, which has been a huge struggle, I went from 2-3 quarts a day before surgery now i'm lucky to get a full pint in...ughh.!! My upper stomach is very painful if I eat to much, so I stay small meals as I need them, I let my tummy tell me when to eat, most of the protein foods I should be eating nearly make me vomite..so I stick with fresh fruit several times a day and a good bean soup 2 to 3 times a day with really well cooked vegi's...so far it's been working, I'm down 30 lbs in 28 days..
