Celebrated my Lapt band (AKA the Alien) 7 years anniversary on September 7

Back in the 170's haven't seen those numbers in over 30 years

Today is my wife and me 8 year Band Anniversary

Just got back from the Dr for my lap results still diabetes, 5 years no diabetes medicine, thank you Lap Band

bought a new pair of tennis shoes feels good not have to buy the widest tennis shoe and at least a size bigger.
