  1. Hi sexpa my name is key, i was reading your comment and felt the need to put my input. I think the reason you are seeing an increase in your weight is becoz of the strength training. Any time you strength train you will gain anywhere from 3 to 5 lbs because you body is toning there for its adding and tightening up muscule that you may have not use in awhile. In the meanwhile this will mean you have loss inches. So make sure you check your inches as well they mean alot to. If you continue ti strenght train eventually your body will begin to lose again. You have to give your body time to get with the program. I hope this is helpful. Keep me inform. key!!!
