Dr. appointment tomorrow to schedul 6 month FU blood work and talk about these chronic headaches. Hope it's nothing serious.

They're doing the blood work needed at 6 month FU and they'll see if anything shows up there but otherwise they think it's just migraines. I have to start a "headache" log to find out what is triggering them. Learned something new......processed lunch meat is high in nitrogen and can trigger migraines. I'm going to keep an eye out for that because I've been eating lean lunch meat every day. Time will tell I guess.
