They're doing the blood work needed at 6 month FU and they'll see if anything shows up there but otherwise they think it's just migraines. I have to start a "headache" log to find out what is triggering them. Learned something new......processed lunch meat is high in nitrogen and can trigger migraines. I'm going to keep an eye out for that because I've been eating lean lunch meat every day. Time will tell I guess.

  2. Today I learned that I am perfect. And so it shall be. :D

Thanks Samuelsmom. I am feeling much better today but I think the scale moving down 1.5 pounds this morning has helped raise my spirits. I think it's time for me to bump up the exercise. I changed my routine yesterday and got on an elliptical for the first time. Made it through a 20 minute workout!!! I guess I'll keep chugging along :)

  4. On the Internet, you can be anything you want. It's strange that so many people choose to be stupid.

  5. Totally disappointed with my weight. It's been over 4 months with no weight loss.

  6. Reached 50lb lost yesterday!!!

Actually I'm pretty sure I'm not eating right either. I'm working away from home sometimes 12 hours a day 7 days a week. I have greek yogurt in the morning after my coffee, usually some cheese & lunchmeat for lunch (about 2 slices of each), then I sip on an isopure protein shake over the course of the afternoon, then for dinner I usually have soup, or broth, or sometimes more meat & cheese, or shrimp. Things like that. I drink juice occasionally too. I have a hard time getting my water during the day so when I'm sitting around in the evenings i force myself to hold a bottle in hand and sip on it. I'm barely reaching my protien goals and my fluid goals. I've had two major stalls. One lasted ten days, the other lasted from Christmas to last weekend. I think that had more to do with the poor choices I made over the holidays though. The roads are not great where I'm working right now so the gym isn't an option after work or before work. It's either too early or too late so I just try to get home safe. I walk as much as I can at work tracking it on my fitbit. I have a 10 lb dumbell at my temp apartment and I do some exercise there. I'm going home for good in a week and I am starting a fitness bootcamp class as soon as I get there. Super psyched about that. It sounds like you're not getting enough to eat. Try eating slower but for longer periods. I have a pretty sturdy stomach so nothing bothers me too much but that's when I catch myself eating too fast and get too much pressure in my chest. So I have to force myself to slow down and I find I can eat a little more that way. My weight loss tends to slow if I get too many carbs or too few calories. Keep tweaking it till you find the right combination. Good Luck!
