  4. oh my goodness I'm scared ... I already have very thin hair due to my thyroid and If I lose like whats been posted I'm going to be bald :-( .... I use Nioxin and I take my Biotin ... I need to get more Protein in though ... I'm 2 months post op
  5. Kindle ... that's good to know because I'm having a hard time getting my protein in and I'm 2 months post op
  6. When I was at the hospital...before I left they made sure I could swallow a pill ... I've taken all my meds fine ... it's just a pain that I have to take them 1 at a time...especially at night...after dinner (1 hr) is a real chore...my vitamins for the first 4 weeks were in powder form and I added them to my protein shakes...
  7. I feel like I want "real" food and I've tried to....get very uncomfortable and even to the point of feeling like I'm going to be sick ... I don't think i'm getting enough Protein and I KNOW i'm not getting all of my Water down .... I don't want my sleeve to stretch and I'm afraid I might be doing that? am I worrying to much about this? I've had some of the foods I shouldn't be having and I'm afraid I'm falling back into bad habits.... Has anyone experience with this? how have you overcome it or got back on track? any comments would be great ... there's to much at steak for me to mess this up... hope everyone's doing well

  13. I talked to my psy dr and he said the only med I would need to cut back on is the Ritalin .... but how did anyone take them ... crushed...melted? I know I need to make another appt with my dr to get more answers but just thought maybe I could get more info on what to ask about....
  14. I ask this because I ordered mine ... I purchased the Unjury and got the strawberry sorbet .... I also purchased the vanilla samples and I like the vanilla better...I don't want to buy more than I need so I was just wondering if the protein drinks were going to be long term...anyone that can help?

  16. Mine Sept 5.... leenieceymic1...unjury isn't bad at all ... the chocolate splendor tastes like brownie mix ... the vanilla isn't bad either...I got the strawberry sorbet and now wish I had bought the vanilla ...
