Thank God and Dr. Cavazos for the Gastric Sleeve!! But I wish I could get rid of this loose skin a bit quicker. :-) Good luck everyone, and hang in there!!!
Dr. Cavazos is my doctor too! Small world! And congratulations to you!!

I actually really enjoy working out. I worked out at least 4 times a week pre surgery. It became addicting to where I "needed" to work out. Whenever I get in a rut though I buy new workout clothes. Sounds cheesy, but they make workout clothes so cute these days that I just can't wait to wear them (while doing physical activity of course). Even buying a new pair of running shoes makes me want to hit the gym.

Can you please add me? I had my surgery on May 27th. Everything is going really good.
I'm down 10 lbs. My post op appt is tomorrow. I cannot wait to be released for a bigger variety of food. The post op clear liquid diet has been pretty tough for me

Okay this is good to know. I was beginning to think I had a defective sleeve.
I suppose once I am able to actually consume substance the hunger will stop for a period of time. At the moment I am feeling hungry all day

Okay thank you! I was getting worried!

I am only a week out from my surgery today and I feel very hungry. I am still on a clear liquid diet. For the first 5 days I felt absolutely no hunger. But the past two days I'm very hungry. Is this normal?
How soon did you return to work?

I had surgery on a Tuesday and went back to work the following Monday. I also have a desk job.
