I'm 46 years old and scheduled to have gastric sleeve surgery on June 30, 2014. I'm very excited but nervous at the same time. My starting weight is 262 and my goal is 140. I had thyroid cancer so I had a total thyroidectomy in 2008 which makes weight loss a challenge, to say the least.
