I private-messaged you.

You are welcome to come by though. (I don't suppose you're related to my beloved friends Linda and Neil?)

I already packed a bag, and no store wants it. So silly. I have to go out and check on shipping. Where should I start?

http://proteinartist.com/2014/07/seitan-scallion-stir-fry-26-grams-protein/ I can't believe how simple this was to make. Just mix the flour with the Water, and stir fry. What a delightful concept! I would so rather eat 2 ounces of this than slurp/burp down a chalky Protein Shake.

I was meeting a new primary care doctor for the first time and he said, "You? You don't need blood pressure pills. Look what you look like! Lose a hundred pounds and come back in six months, all your problems will be gone". I got angry and responded "I came her for medical care, not for personal training" and left in a huff. I tried filing a complaint but was told I had no 'proof'.

Important: Freeze leftover on tray, then store in a container. They will not stick together than way.

For me, aborting the marriage came before college. Next, I graduated with two degrees, got accepted into a graduate program, and then crammed in RNY just in time to recover before starting school again. As I get closer to forty, I thank God every day for guiding me into a place of strength and progress through these empowering moments.
One important lesson I learned - do not share, isolate, and you will find strength from within, away from the toxic judgmental gossipers. Surround yourself by inner peace.

Okay then, I guess I am correct in interpreting the sensations. I've started adding 1-2 ounces of dill dip to my meals and it's been a tremendous help. Recipe: http://proteinartist.com/2014/07/greek-dill-dip-3-25-grams-protein-per-ounce/

I just wana check in to see if this is normal. When I am working to get in some chicken puree or fish puree, the dry foods will cause me to have extreme chest tightness and pure agony. I have to stand up and stretch, pound my chest, bend, and move until it calms down, about ten minutes.
In a way, I wish it would just come up rather than explode my body from within. Is this a normal sensation when eating a food that needs extra work to get down? (Like adding a dressing)

If it's a new development, then yes, have it checked.

DO not drink or eat while sitting. I got a little routine going. At first, I needed a timer. I did a sip every ten minutes, and then sip-walk-burp. I paced in my apartment while clutching a pillow to my abdomen. Soon enough, the air began to move. Walking is the only thing that helped me. Hot Water beating down my back helped somewhat.

I made it today, and they were soft and creamy. With the dill dip, they fell apart as cream in my mouth. Heavenly joys.

Smacking my lips - this is truly a puree meal. The falafel balls literally come apart as soon as I drown it in dill dip. Yummy!

Capital Region buddies, I cooked too much puree in advance. I'm selling 2 oz portions. http://albany.craigslist.org/hab/4575973703.html Thanks.

Three weeks today and it is agonizingly worse. Doctor's staff is non-responsive, telling me that "honey, you just had major surgery". But this pain shouldn't be getting WORSE!
-
I'm dealing with this for ten days and the doctor's staff is ignoring me. I'm in agony.

I didn't make it. Today I treated myself with some takeout. It will last me many meals. I used to make it often though. It's really easy, but I have no energy yet to stand for too long.

I'm in the pureed stages and this is chewing very easily
http://proteinartist.com/2014/07/seitan-tomato-alfredo-28-grams-protein-per-4-ounce-meal/ I made it with a refrigerated seitan dough ball rather than mixing it fresh. I think it helps with the texture.
