Cry
See that's part of the problem for me. If you tell me I have 9 months to prepare I can totally live with that and do what I have to Do. My problem is I have some saying that I don't have a wait time I just have to go get it done and others say no 6 months of dieting and tests. I know I sounded impatient lol bit honestly the time isn't as big of an issue as not knowing is for me. My bmi is incredibly high! I'm at like 55 or 56 ????... soooo mad at myself at this point

One problem I'm having is no one seems to have a define requirement with my insurance and thay includes people that work for the insurance company lol I have tricare reserve select and I keep hearing thay some people didn't have to do a 6 month diet but the Web site says u have to! Some say you can go to a military hospital and skip many steps and some say they didnt. ???? so I'm trying to figure it all out but I've called the insurance twice and got two different replies from the workers!! So frustrating. I guess I should be thankful they atleast cover if

Cry
I want to cry at how overwhelming all of this is! I want this surgery so bad that waiting to do a diet makes it seem hopeless... I get the liquid diet 3 weeks before surgery, but the 6 month thing seems kinda shady to me. If a crack head needs rehab do you say ok now dear u must go with no crack for 6 months and then we will help u. ????. For a lot of us this is food addiction related and 6 months may be too late. I'm done venting and crying now lol. Much love and respect to all of u that made it through the weight loss journey without goin crazy!!!!

Girl with a pretty face.
Is it not ridiculous! I don't go up to people and say omg u could be a model if u didn't have that hairy mole! Or omg u would be handsome if one eye wasn't bigger than the other. Rude people suck ????

Girl with a pretty face.
Ugh.... I was told tonight...again... that I would be beautiful if I was smaller... by family no doubt!! Do people not realize that I know I'm fat? I do dress and bathe myself. I've seen the jelly rolls in action lol. I hate people putting stipulations on comments.:/ I can not (NOT NOT NOT!!!!!)wait to look on the outside how I do on the inside. I want to ride a roller coaster with my kids and not feel like everyone in the room is staring a hole thru me every bite I take. I am so done with being a chunky monkey????

Tricare reserve select-south
Hi yaw! I was wondering if anyone has recently had surgury using tricare reserve select. I went online and read where you must complete the 6 month diet, have Comorbidities, etc, but then I read ehere people were getting the surguries within months?! I was wondering how your experience was and how hard it was to get approved. A little background about me 29, 3 kids, 335lbs, bmi of 57.5, only Comorbidities as of now is sleep apnea and depression.... how much of a fight do you guys think I'm in for ????

Old and new
Hi yaw! Greetings from west tn! I am not new to the site... I posted some last year and have constantly hit road blocks in my journey to weight loss... no one around here took my insurance... my pcp quit taking it and I loved her!!!!! I gave up on it after a while and told myself that being fat is just what I'm meant to be... I am currently 335 Pounds I am ashamed to say. I look in the mirror usually with disgust that I have gotten this way... I hate feeling the way I do...we changed insurances to tricare reserve select (hubby is military)...and from what I've heard I have a better chance of getting the surgury....I need this surgury.... I need this change. It quit being a want a long time ago... I have got to make this happen...

I almost ruined the trip because I was so cranky. And it wasn't because the place wasn't fun!!! It was because I couldn't enjoy a single thing there. ????

Price of full body lift
- Im a little worried!
For me it's not a matter of the love not being there. He shows me and tells me he loves me all the time. It's more of a worry if the attraction will be there. He loves chubby girls. That's all he has ever dated. And he is a tall fit guy in the military. So we get the " what the hell is he doing with her" kinda looks :/.- Going to the seminar!
I'm going to the seminar July the 8th!!!!!!!! A lot sooner than I thought it would be ))- Going to the seminar!
I would be mad about that for a whole month lol- Going to the seminar!
My doc only does two seminars a month. I have to call and find out when I will be able to go. Can't get here quick enough lpl- Going to the seminar!

Oh wow I swear my hubby and I just talked about this the other day! He has always been attracted to bigger girls and I was worried if I did this that he just wouldn't be interested. He reassured me that if me losing weight meant I was healthier and happier then he was there with me 1000%. He said no matter what he wasn't going anywhere. I think he knew I needed those words of encouragement.- Top 10 things you want to be able to do after the surgery
That scene is pretty intense!! Enjoy girl!- Top 10 things you want to be able to do after the surgery
I can completely relate to your number seven as well. My hubby is HAWT and in the military. When we are out together people look at us like ... What are they doing together?!? I hate that look ????- Top 10 things you want to be able to do after the surgery
You guys are lucky! Here soon you will get to be brand new you's!!!!! I can't wait until I get to do the count down! Your time will be here faster than you know it. In the meantime, do all the homework you can on your surgery. Being totally prepared will ease a lot of anxiety about the surgery. [/QUOTI have become almost obsessed with finding out as much as I can. I'm anxious to get the ball rolling - Im a little worried!
