    Any May 20th surgeries out there?

    May 30 surgrey Date Sweet 285 is my official weight it looks like so from may 30 surgery day 357 weigh in to oct 7 weigh in at 285. I was hoping for 275 but still a great birthday present for me so my total weight loss to this date is 72 pounds very excited . Hoping by jan I will be 250 zone

    Thank you . They are much different then what I use to eat that's for sure . But I seem to get hungry after I eat to a hour and half .
  3. I had the band removed it was screwing up my esophagus and leaking and just not working . Went for the sleeve .i love it !

    Well my dr appointment is oct 7 my birthday is the 5 so I am hoping for good news . Keep you all posted on it bad or good . Now I do feel I am eating way to much so I am scared from that . I found my self eating oatmeal with brown sugar sigh ! I also eat watermelon like crazy and popcorn plus shredded chicken or turkey . But I am also eating one egg white with Swiss cheese and onion bell pepper and mushroom.so we will see how I do ! Just worried

  8. Karen it will take some time to adjust . Keep up the good work . Just remember your body needs to adjust . Walk walk and keep moving . I get b12,6,1 and folic acid shots twice a week plus take the pill form daily it helps I feel better after the shots .
  9. I get a pain in my lower mid back on the right side after I eat some times I figured it was a kidney thing . Going to talk to my dr when I go in. .

My evening dinners or every two hour eats lol muscle milk light 160 cal 2 avocado tuna egg salad snacks total 400 something cal I think 2 watermelon 50 cal each x 2 = 100 cal Bell pepper slices with carrots and string beans with hummus not Sure the cal in take but if I where to guess 160 cal Total for the night around 820 cal for the night plus my ISO pro right after the gym 920 cal now. up from 700 a day .

    Always eating

    I am eating every 2 hours something . Mainly sliced bell peppers and humus and carrots and avocado tuna with hard boiled egg muscle milk light and ISO pro cottage cheese and surger free pudding . That's my daily food I think it's a lot but it 4 oz every 2 hrs
  18. A friend of mine has done the vsg and they removed 20 pounds of skin and fat she said . I was like wow that's a lot I think every one is different

    Congratulation to all of you with your great success story's of the weight loss . I was may 30 I know last month I was 51 pounds lighter . I have not weighed my self , I use to but I got obsessive with it and depression if I did not drop lol so I stopped weighing my self and now I just wait to go in to the dr .     I eat sliced bell pepper with hummus as dip . Watermelon , I make tuna with avocado instead of mayo . I eat egg salad and will be putting avocado in the egg salads instead of mayo . I drink ISO pro green apple right after work outs . And muscle milk light also . I eat carrots with hummus dip and cucumber and mushrooms with hummus dip . That pretty much what I am eating

    Prilosec, Zantac, Nexium...

    I mix mine . I take Pepcid and Nexium and Pepcid complete chewable it was the only thing I found that gets read of the acid feeling abd the feeling of hunger the acid gave me !
