    Dole dippers are frozen strawberry halves with dark chocolate covered they are 60 calories yum there is also bananas plain or almond crusted a little higher calories though yea in frozen section by the frozen fruit section

    @@Beni girl u r so right about the veggies I really need to start eating more of them I did try greens and could not tolerate them? Scared of lettuce but was eating cherry tomatoes and cucumbers with greek yogurt onion dip yum I'm going grocery shopping today and promise to buy veggies and steam packs thanks for looking out for me???? I'm not restricted to a 1/4 cup but haven't been losing weight maybe 2lbs a week so researched online what I should be consuming for this stage and 1/4 c up to 6mo than 1/2 c at 6mo add a tablespoon every 2-3 weeks I think by a year 1c per meal! I'm also starting waist training February with a waist latex clincher and a orchard tree corset thoughts??? My main trouble area is my abdomen area a lot of FLUFF!!! Lol so we shall see if I can flatten a bit if you are religious on using this method could lose up to 4 inches in like 4mo!! And get that hour glass shape!!! Let me know what you all think? XO

You can purchase them at costco on sale for 19.99 regularly 24.99 18 pack cartons 11 oz Nutrition Info: 11oz serving 160 cals total carbs 5g sugars 1g 30g protein total fat 3g comes in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla they tast pretty good if iced cold!

    Ok when I have eaten enough I start sneezing wierd huh? Or I just feel like the bite is not going down smooth or feel it back of my throat not really good just a feeling that's my experience now but probably change!!!
