  3. The best is def premier protein vanilla.. The chocolate is too thick for me, but I thin it out with almond milk. Also I bought an unflavored powder and I do almond milk, unflavored protein powder, and peanut butter.. And that is delicious!
  4. What hair you can possibly lose will grow back. Just keep that in mind. It's only temporary. Good luck and your making the best decision ever!

  11. Yes I have also been in a stall this last week. My surgery was June 17th. But I also ended up in the emergency room with severe dehydration. I couldn't even hold my own head up. It was horrible
  12. For me it's a sharp pain in my chest. That tells me that it's time to stop. I've also seen others say they begin to burp or have the hiccups. And that's their sign to stop. Everyone is different but pay attention to those things
  13. I'm sure there is somebody out there... Everybody's body is different. Remember we are still learning how to adjust to our new little tummies..
  14. That's how it all happens lol... I'm still having trouble with one of my incisions. So I'm still in a lot of pain. I'm having a hard time getting my water intake to increase. But everyday that passes I am improving.

  19. I'm sorry that your honey is not being supportive. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I'm currently on my pre op diet. Today is day 9 and I have come across many obstacles. Family eating my favorite foods in front of me. I'm proud to say I have not given into any of those temptations. I know it's hard, but keep your eyes on the prize. You decided to make this lifestyle change, live it to the fullest.. My surgery is scheduled for June 17th, so please keep me in your prayers. I pray that you get relief
