  1. I need help getting back on track!
  2. I experienced everything that you are.. My doctor told me that the gurgling is completely normal. Mine has not gone completely away ( 2 mo post op) but it has improved a lot. I have seen a lot of people that mention sleeping on a recliner because that's the only way they can get comfortable. Good luck! And happy losing!
  3. I felt that way as well. It will get better I promise. Just don't have that ice cream or bowl of cereal you will regret it. Plus you want to make sure your liver is as small as possible before your surgery date arrives! Good luck and see you on the other side
  4. Last month the participation emails got sent out on the 7th. So hang tight she will match everyone up with somebody. Keep an eye out for the email
  5. Thanks for the bracelet!!! I absolutely love it!!
  6. Thank you all so much!
  7. That's what I was thinking but I wanted to make sure I switch it up, I do the treadmill one day, and then the bike the next. I lift pretty much everyday. I'm just on a long stall so I didn't know if I was doing the right thing. Thank you so much for your input!! It's so appreciated!
  8. What should we be doing at the gym when we are 5 weeks out... What did you find most successful in your weight loss journey? Is there a difference between the treadmill and the bike?
  9. We should meet up while I'm out there!! We both love to gamble!
  10. I'm from California... Me and my family are gamblers! And my cousin has a time share out there so I'm not sure where we are staying... But I'm so excited
  11. I'll be in Vegas at the end of August! I love that place haha
  12. Lol I'm obsessed with weighing myself. And I know I shouldn't be but I just want to see that I have broken passed the stall so I weigh daily... But once I break this stall I'm hoping I can go to weighing once a week lol
  13. I've been on a stall tho But I'm trying to stay positive. I know the weight will start to fall off again. Hopefully sooner than later. I go to the gym 5 days a week. It's hard work but it is so worth it
  14. It's so worth it tho... I haven't messed up at all as far as eating and I'm 5 weeks out... I'm blessed to say that my head hunger is pretty much under control... My go to snack is carrots right now, lol which is weird because I hated them before
  15. Lol yeah my doctor is not opposed to me having it.. Thank god!
  16. Yeah my doctor kept me in the hospital for 2 days. Which was nice because I had a pain pump that I was able to hit every 10 min if I needed too... Needless to say that thing was my best friend. Soda and Pasta have been the all time hardest things to omit from my diet. But luckily my doctor didn't make me stop drinking coffee... I would not survive lol
  17. Life after surgery is good.. At week 3 I got severely dehydrated so I had to go to the hospital for IV Fluid. Drink drink drink lol... I don't really crave things. Except soda every now and then. I have also been struggling with headaches and I truly have no idea how to cure it without a NSAID...
  18. Yes!!! I was so happy that I could handle lettuce!
  19. Happy anniversary!!! Some people can't handle lettuce right after surgery, but I for one can handle it! I eat subway salads all the time and they are great... They last me forever tho lol
  20. Haha I know I've been craving cereal so bad...
