  1. Congrats. It's all downhill now.
  2. It doesn't really matter about weight. Height has a lot to do with BMI also. I was shocked one time when someone who told me (online) they were going to have the surgery when she was 200 lbs. then they told me they were 5 ft. That made a huge difference. I applaud you to taking care of this before things get worse. I'm happy you are doing so and not have all the health issues I have to deal with on a daily basis. I don't tell myself I should have done it sooner. I've tried and insurance at that time would only do the by-pass and if I had the health issues I have now. I didn't qualify in their eyes and I weighed more than I do now. Cheers for you taking care of yourself!
