  13. I just bought one of the Walmart ones and it seems great so far. Mine has straps and dips under my bra and then ends just below my stomach. It has a silicone strip at the bottom and seemed to stay in place. I reached and jumped around to try to get it to move, but didn't budge.

  15. Thanks! I love my gym. I go to snap fitness which is open 24 hours. I love being able to go in at night when no one is there The only restrictions that I have are no vigorous excercise and lifting over 20 lbs. But that is lifted on Monday, so I should be able to step up my workouts soon! I'm returning to work on 11/3 as well.

  17. I'm not doing much in the gym, just walking, but I feel like I go just a little bit harder and longer there vs. walking in my neighborhood. My physical restrictions get lifted on Monday, so I'm excited to be able to start doing my full workouts again! Good job on the loss already!! I had my first post op last Monday and everything was good. I was down 17 lbs and was so happy!

  19. How's everyone doing? I'm doing really good! I had an issue with nausea when I was in the hospital, but since I've been home, I haven't felt sick at all. I've also started back at the gym walking on the treadmill every night. The first night that I did I was very light headed, so ever since then I've been concentrating on liquids and Protein even more and it has helped big time. I hope everyone is doing great!

  26. Hi guys! I was sleeved 10/13 and had to stay in the hospital for two nights due to severe nausea. Since then, I haven't had any, which I'm so thankful for!!! I am on liquids for 2 more weeks and today I was able to add cream soups and yogurt. So far, my sleeve has been amazing with adding foods! It likes to talk to me right after eating, but it's only for a few seconds and then it's quiet. I've been lucky that it likes my protein shakes with skim milk too! I'm able to walk for 20-30 minutes a day, which has helped a lot! Today at my one week post op, I have lost 14 lbs.
  27. I'm only a week out and had my very first NSV!! I bought a pair of dress pants 3 years ago that were way too small at the time, just in case I decided to lose weight. I found them in the back of my closet and decided to try them on...and they fit perfectly!! I'm so excited for the rest of this journey that I'm on!!
  28. I had quite a bit of pain from the gas, but like everyone else says, the only thing that really helped was walking around. So, whenever I start to feel it, that's my sign to get up and get going before it gets any worse.
  29. I was sleeved on 10/13 and I had to stay an extra night too for the same reason. The day of and 1st day post up were pretty rough for me with nausea and pain. But yesterday I only had a little nausea, and today I haven't had any. So hopefully I'm passed the worst days
  30. Well, I'm finally home from the hospital. I had to stay two nights bc I was having an issue with nausea. Things are going pretty good now though. Still feel sick if I don't pay attention when I'm drinking. How is everyone else doing?
  31. And good luck to everyone today!!!
  32. I think I got 3 hours of sleep. I'm freaking out a bit. Leaving for the hospital in an hour. Can't believe it's already here!
  33. I'm so sorry that they decided to postpone your surgery I needed to lose 13lbs before surgery, and so far I've lost 27lbs.
  34. I would like to join the group too
