Are you sure your not having a panic attack? If not then I would agree it could be your sugar levels. Hope everything works out for you
  2. Youll be fine, the stress will be worse for your stomach then a piece of chicken .... let it go
  3. I bought a chocolate vitamin and mineral powder from GNC to add to my protein drinks. Works well and tastes good and I get everything I need In 3 drinks a day. You can also get atleast some vitamins from pre made meal replacement drinks like ensure.
  4. Good luck... keep your options open
  5. I think your US Doctor is being an ass and does not know what he is talking about. There are thousands of people getting the sleeve in Mexico and how many have complications.. a whole lot less then the people going to the doctors in the states. Go to a well known experienced doc and you will be fine. I will be in tijuana in 2 weeks and am perfectly happy with my choice At least my Doctor has done this surgery 2500+ times. I doubt any US Doctor can say the same thing.
  6. September 8th... So close Cant wait

  12. I think you've done a great job so far! This is hard, and it going to continue to be hard. Dont give up, work through it. your probably going to have to deal with lots of negative people. Just remember if you think you can, then you can do anything!
  13. That sounds about right. With a BMI of 38, Im doing 6/3 with a laxative on day 6 before clear liquids. The 6 day pre-op is 2-3 Protein shakes a day and one low carb low fat low sugar meal per day ie. salad, chicken brest vegies etc. When you book your surgery they should send you a package detailing your diet. Hope this helps
  14. Hello just wondering what it is called, when you get the extra boob skin under your arms removed ? Or is that just part of the breast lift/augmentation? I think I need this done And you look amazing !!!
  15. I am very lucky I have a lower BMI (38.8) So I only have a 9 day pre-op diet.. I start next week, I know is sucks lol because I have been replacing 1-2 meals a day with protein drinks for the last week to get ready. I got major headaches the first few days but now its better. I am also trying to eat healthier like cream of wheat, salads, fruit and home made soups to get in to the habbit.. God I sure miss my ice caps and chips right now lol but its all for the best. Good luck to you too ! Ill make sure to message you right after surgery for an update.
  16. I have the same problem, I eat when I think I want it.. And if I don't eat I think about it constantly. Its like trying to quit smoking

  20. I am also a self pay going to Mexico. I booked my surgery 2 months ago and am going for surgery Sept 8. I could have gone sooner ( as in too weeks after I booked my appt there was a spot) but had to wait till I could book some time off work for recovery. The surgery cost $5000 for everything including flight. I was only asked to make sure to have an extra $500 available incase I have a hernia I need repaired during surgey. So I can be super fast you just need to plan it right
