  1. I felt better on day 7. Take your time and just drink Water or smart water. I felt like hell on day 3.
  2. Please help.... surgery was 2+ weeks ago. Now I am feeling great. However, I cannot stand my breath. I am constantly using breath mints & gum (I know...but its bad). I even now drink one Protein drink with some sugar thinking it will stop. Ive also had some regular pudding (not sugar free) to help in this way. Any suggestions?
  3. I didn't feel well until Day 7 post op. Now, I'm approaching day 11. I have never felt hungry thank goodness. However, now, I'm itching to get to eat mushy foods. However, take it a day at a time. Read a great book and distract yourself. I spent 1 day just totally reading...the time flew by and I drank a lot of Water that day. Good luck

  5. Now..I'm on day 3 post op. I can't sleep the whole night. I sleep in a recliner chair. I wake up for Tylenol. I only drank 2 bottles of water yesterday. I hope to drink 3 today. Still with little energy. I got to get in some protein today. Now I'm off to take my meds. Wish me luck as I slowly improve.

  10. I feel like I have to sit down like a pregnant lady...real slow, holding the sides. My skin and stomach muscles hurt. It hurts to hold a gallon of milk. Ouch!

  14. Hi: I am home. I got sleeved 2 days ago. I'm tired and without energy. I have little gas pains, but more pain by my incisions in my stomach. My shoulders feel great. It took awhile to "void" as what the nurses say. I would say PEE myself. Most of all, I'm glad it's over. I can't wait to feel better, stronger, and healthier. I'm hoping in 5 days I'm back to normal. I will see tomorrow what the scale says.
  15. Absolutely amazing! Bless you on your journey!
  16. Wow...best thing I heard all day. So wonderful!
  17. I'm having surgery on Aug. 19th. Can't wait
