4 days till surgery, 2 days left of work and then 2 weeks off !!! OMG its all so soon EXCITED, Excited, Excited !!!!!

So I have come to the conclusion that this pre op diet thing works lol... I droped 4.5 lb over night last Night !!!! what the heck awsome!!!

And yea I am totally freaked out by going alone lol... but you only live once right

My husband and I live here alone with our daughter. So we don't have anyone to take care of her if we both went. This will be my first trip out of the country. And im not sure but I think they only do surgery on weekdays but I could be wrong ? It may take a day or so to get an Email response, they are very busy lol. I like to phone, then I always get ahold of someone right away.

I am in Ab and going with Dr Louisiana Valenzuela through Mexico Bariatric Centre. It costs $4400 plus flight. I am scheduled for Sept. 8th yah.. 7 days left !! Good luck

No I dont know anyone there. But I am trusting that everything will be fine (fingers crossed) I will be there for 4 days. I decided to leave 1 day earlier then most but my Dr thinks I should be fine since I have a lower BMI. I would rather recuperate at home in my own bed. And my mother will be flying in that night also to take care of me

Yes I am going to Mexico, I am going alone my husband and daughter will be staying home. I think it will be an interesting experience lol havent ever been on a trip alone before

I know how you feel. Im getting on a plane next sunday to go for surgery !!!!! Im a nervous wreck lol everytime I remember that this is happening next weekend, I get so excited it finally happening

Went shopping in the South Edmonton Costco and..... They now carry Premiere protein shakes... !!!! Thank god for good protein shakes lol..

My preop diet is for 7 days of Protein shakes then 3 days of Clear liquids only. And I am now very happy as I went shopping at costco today and they now carry Premiere Protein Shakes in Canada! !! My god, I never thought I would fine a decent shake lol They taste great and with 30 grams of protein each im prety sure I can easily make the required amount each day!

I will also be arriving on the 7th !!

I am also scheduled for Sept 8th I start pre op diet on friday !! 12 days to go !!! Super excited

I am 24 and will be sleeved in Mexico Sept 8th and I am going alone. Who is your surgon? I will be at MI Doctor with Dr Valenzuela. Mabie we will see each other
