Ok. I figured out how to add friend by there email, an I figured out how to add what I've eaten an drinken today. How do I change my calorie goal? It's showing that I need to hit 2000 calories!

Thanks everyone. It's so good to hear that I'm not the only one that can't chew up a pill! Lol.. Just the thought of it crumbling in my mouth grossest out! I'm going to buy multivitamin gummys tomorrow. Do y'all recommend anything else to take with? 7 days left an I keep thinking I'm forgetting something;)

Did u take 2 a day, or 2 at a time? Did u take any b12, Iron, or Calcium with the gummys? Or did u you just take the gummy multivitamin?

I'm still on the hunt for a vitamin a can tolerate, without throwing up. What do y'all think about the gummys? I can't do the chewables

I saw the liquid multi vitamin in gnc to. Did u try it yet? I was thinking of getting to put in the shakes. As for the b12, my dr called me in a b12 nasal spray that is for weekly use.

Is it an adult flinstone chewable or the kids one?

Yea Dr Yu is cool to! Him an Dr Scarsborough are pretty much the same. With them being in the sane office an buisness partners, you really get both drs;) What made you go with bypass? That office encourages for sleeve on pretty much everyone. How has your journey thus far?

I'm having my surgery may 28th an I'm having my surgery done in Houston tx by dr Scarsborough. How is ur pre op diet going so far

I actually had test done today, and it was horrible!!! I had horrible cramps while it was being done an still have done now. I heard The doctors in the room talking as the were shooting the dye in me, and they were saying something about pressure being low and the dye was straining to get thru my tubes( it was moving slowly) So they shot some more in an did something else down there, and then I saw on screen how the dye shot up the tubes! I was so lost to what was going on, I just kept asking "am I good" lol.., I was worried an scared at the sane time! When they told me that everything was fine I was so relieved. The dr said that there was some build up in my right tube but after the persistent push of dye it pushed it through an now they are clear an clean as a whistle!!! Yay!! So relieved;) The last thing I wanted to hear was more bad news. Already having such a hard time dealing with pcos! I just want a regular TOM an done babies!!! Lol..

Congrats!!!! I have 10 days left!!!
