Thats good to know. I live in a rural area so the biggest store we have is Walmart. The nutrionist said we could order online but Im not sure where from. Maybe Amazon but then I need to know which brand. Is it normal for the powder to have taurine in it?

Does the ensure have 30 grams Protein per scoop? I dont have a surgery date yet. Do you have one yet?

I will try your your suggestions. That book "Emotional First Aid" souinds great. I am always on an emotional roller coaster. I am planning to go to as many support groups as I can (especially now that I have time to do it). I'm also looking forward to getting the "Big Book", I'm sure that will help. I know I need support.
