Sleeved on May 21, 2014 SW 256 Current weight 234, down 22lbs I'm a slow loser

Don't stress. I am slow too. 8 months -40 lbs. Size 16 now lose 10. I feel great. Get in your protein(at least 60). And as much liquids as possible. I have a lot of homemade ice yea. Too much Water makes me sick. Good luck - let the process work.

I struggle with Protein 30-60 a day and I drink about 84oz of Water

I'm losing weight so slow, 7 weeks post op and 17lbs weight loss. What's going on? I'm doing everything by the book. ugh

I am 5'4 and at my highest weight 286 I was in a 28w bottoms, now at 236 I'm in a 22w bottom

Your face definately has more definition to it...I look at my job ID and it looks NOTHING like me anymore, IMHO... but my goal is to match the weight on my drivers license ... LOL... maybe then I'll go in for a new pic for that ... I know the job won't do another...I HATE looking at that thing every day

Hit 50lb weight loss today 30 before surgery 20 since surgery. 6 weeks post op today

Surgery date 5/21/14 down 18lbs in almost 6 weeks, scales are moving so slow

I am 3 weeks post op and have had no weight loss since week one.

I had surgery glue and showered the next day, they just didn't want me to scrub the area but Water could run over it, I'm 12days post op and a all my glue is gone

Had my VSG this morning 5/21/2014 so I am officially on the other side now. It all went so well, the surgery last about 2 hours, I will be in the hospital until Friday. Can't believe it finally has happened. Feeling good having some gas pains but I've taken 3 small walks around the nurses station.
