Sleep Study Completed OMG did I not sleep well with all that stuff on me ! Another check off my list !

I just had one last week. The hospital room was more like a hotel with big comfy beds, nice tv, big bathroom. The problem was the gel made me itch like crazy, and the thing in my nose made me slightly claustrophobic and it wasn't even a mask. I managed to pull it down a bit. I felt like I didn't sleep hardly at all and we all had to get up like at 5:30 am to be out by 7 am. WTH! The video taping and auditory taping kind of creeped me ot. I completely declined to let them use any video for teaching purposes.
