      ProudGrammy - Not teasing;) Dang sports injury. Like JamieLogical mentioned its typical with long distance. I have a race on May 7th and the 21st. My hope is they fall off before then. Christlnmo7 - A soak in epsom salt sounds good. I'm going to pick some up and talk a hot bath.

      Thanks for your professional opinion Dr. KindaFamiliar. I have been painting them with pink nail polish. I want to wear my sandals in the warm weather. I have some nasty looking feet for summer...Damn it:-)

(causing significant hair loss at a year and a half out) Holy Crap! Calorie intake is now 2000. Protein goal 204g 30% Carbs 272g 40% Fat 91g. 30% Its 10:30pm I'm not at 2000 yet.

      Balancing protein, fruit, vegetables and carbs for 500 cal for each meal so far is working. I cant stomach loading up on an all carb meal in one sitting. It make me feel crappy.

      The days I'm not training I get in 1300 to 1500 calories in. Training I burn 700 to 1000 calories with cardio. Eating 2000 calories is comparable to grazing. I eat a normal portion when I feel space in my tummy I eat again. I eat from 7:00am I finish around 1:00am its a all day project.

       

      I had lunch yesterday with a friend (he is also sleeved ) He finished his meal and had it boxed. He was sweet enough to wait for me to finish an entire plate of food.

      Jamie. Here is yesterdays food log . It makes me laugh.

       

      Breakfast - Turkey sausage - yogurt - 1 slice whole wheat toast with real butter =400 cal

       

      Lunch -Whole wheat spaghetti noodles - spaghetti sauce - Homemade turkey meatballs - garlic Parmesan cheese - Chopped salad with half an avocado - Sliced apple = 535 cal

       

      Dinner - Sliced deli corned beef, swiss cheese, sourkrout on a slice of whole wheat bread - Marinated chicken breast, steamed Broccoli, Black berries topped with a light n fit yogurt. 515 cal

       

      Snacks - - protein shake with milk -Running gel, laughing cow cheese and the 12 garlic triscut crackers= 556cal

       

      total 2015 calories170g protein 192g carbs 69g fat.

      Jamielogical. . Our bariatric brains..lol I never thought in my life I would eat more carbs than protein.I never thought I would be tracking EXTRA calories after surgery. What app are you using to track?

      Hit my calorie intake! I used to eat carbs with one meal a day. Now its carbs with every meal. She wants the calories spread out evenly. 500 calories with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the calories in snacks. I ate a snack of 12 tricut crackers to hit my carb goal. This is a whole bunch of food to get in. (not complaining) Just life with a bariatric tummy.
