Calories per meal in maintenance? Carbs?

@@LumpySpacePrincess Congrats on doing so well. I would consult you're dietician or surgeon's office. My instructions for maintenance has been based on my fitness level. I think all of us will end up on different plans to maintain what we have worked so hard for. Out of curiosity I am interested to see what others are instructed to do in maintenance phase.

    Need to hit my goal!

@@MsBeautyB4&After The further out from surgery I get the harder it is to shake the pounds. I agree with recycled. Change up you're exercise routine daily. I'm right there with you. My body just wants to hang on to this weight. It has become far to comfortable with where I am right now. It will break. I understand the frustration.

    Help?

@@ShannonbKSU, Mexican food is my weakness. Just a suggestion... try making you're favorite bariatric portioned meals in advance. I always make extra chicken fajitas so I have left overs to freeze for later meals on the run. I also have found at qudoba Mexican grill I order a Childs meal bowl. I fill it with spicy chicken, peppers black Beans onion avocado tomato and salsa. I don't get a tortilla or rice. Perfect potion and great price.

14 months out and realllly struggling

@@kyleebean This is a reality for all of us. Weight gain can happen. Bad habits can come right back into our lives. When you see yourself slipping (holiday's are the worst) It's time to get back on the horse. You have been successful.... 105 pounds down freaking fantastic. Do what has worked for you. Beating yourself up is not doing you any good. Be gentle with yourself. Try some positive self talk. You are stronger than you are giving yourself credit for.

    How to forgive someone?

@@My Bariatric Life I choose not to let other peoples negativity effect me. It is truly their own problem. Life is far to short. I keep the positive supportive people around me. I take the high road and move on with life. When others are out to tear people down why would you invest any energy either way with them? Forgiving is for yourself.

A little over one month out

Congrats on you're weight loss. It takes a bit to figure out what you're bariatric tummy can tolerate. Water will aid in the constipation department. ( have you tried crystal light?)Stool softeners are another suggestion. Next week talk to you're team about things that will help. Everyone will tell you it get's easier with time. It is so true.
