How will I know if Im not eating enough? I was told to eat when stomach growled, This has not happened and I get a weird feeling. I drank a Protein shake for Breakfast, I eat a Protein Bar around 12 noon, then for supper I eat some roasted chicken and have a snack of cheese. Let me know your expenince, I never feel what I used to know as hungry. all is different now.

Tuesday June 24 will make 6 weeks post opt. I sometimes feel empty, It is burning nor is it really hurting, It just feels like I want to drink Water and it should hit bottom and be ok, Has anyone else felt anything like this? Water does not stop it, Could it be I ate something that is harder to digest, I did eat 2 bbq Pork rinds the other day.

I am 4 weeks out of surgery and all together I have lost 68 pounds, I went to a doctors office and weighed and I had gained a pound. I looking it over I have not been getting all my Protein in or drinking enough liquids. So today is a new day and I went to the pool and worked out and I will eat more protein and drink more today. My daughter baked blueberry muffins this morning and it was hard to smell them and not want just a little, Thank God she told me no, made me made mad but I got over it.lol

Saw my doc Friday and he has allowed me to start puree foods. This has helped so much. I am excited that I can only eat about 2 oz! Then full. I have lost a total of 60 pounds.

It has been 3 days since surgery. The only issue I have is gas pains, which is normal. Trying to get all the Fluid in is work. I love sugar free popcycles. Good luck for those getting ready for their surgery.

Thank u, I did call Doc this evening and advise me to cut the BA replacement meals to 1 in morning and use Atkins shakes for other 2 meals. I always have a reaction to sulfa and stated there may be one ore more vit that has some sulfa in it, with using it 3 tmes a day is causing a build up ,thus itching. Sorry so long.
