My surgery Monday also I haven't sf popsicle Jello pudding Water Protein powder I got all my un crushable meds turned into liquid form, I'm going clean and pack hospital bag tomorrow

Thanks I hope things go well for me also my ej fraction is 60 so that's pretty good my heart is not weak I been trying to have this surgery since 2014 and the hospital I was at then wouldn't touch me because I have arrhythmia and my heart beat be all over the place but that's just how it beats but this time I'm at a bigger more equipped hospital in Atlanta

OK I take sotolol I have really sensitive arrhythmia and nervous about going into vtac even tho I have a defibrillator it's still just nerve rocking thinking about it.. So everything went well with you

Has anyone had surgery that have afib or icd?

Tomorrow is my day guys!! I'm scared and excited but I'm wondering what do I need to be doing today? So what did u guys do the day before surgery??

Mines the 13th I final big time at pre op diet but I went today to do all my pre op paper work at the hospital and it seems so real now and they just told me make sure I stick to my liquid diet two days before so I think I can handle that lol

So I'm 8 days away from my sleeve date and today I cheated on my liquid diet I been doing good but Sundays are hard my family always cook sunday dinner and I was feel so sick and hungry today it's my fifth day pre op diet mind u I have a 2week diet.. Is it horrible did anyone else cheat ??

I'm having a hard time sticking completely too my pre op liquid diet ugh I do good and then I have to eat something it's nothing big I eat but I have to eat something I feel like I'm starving and it's only day 3 and I have a 2 week liquid diet!!!

I'm new to group but I got my surgery date Friday I'm so excited and scared my date is May 13 Happy Mother's Day gift to me lol my question is what are some things I need to know beforehand I realize this is life changing
