keep up the good work day 3 hit me bad, headache with light headed. I use 1 scoop whey protien (walmart) with 4 to 5 oz of 1% milk I actually am getting sick of it, it now seems to sweet. remember to drink lots of water SCsurgery date 12/26/07</p>

I am on day 7 of pre-op 2 protien drinks 1 small meall 1 small fruit Day 3, I started getting headaches and feeling light headed. I had to live work. I felt like crap until I ate a lifesaver. boy was it a life saver. headache and light headiness gone. I have been poping one in every 3 hrs. other than that I am ready to go 7 more days to surgery sc surgery date 12/26/07

good morning ladies 4th day of pre-op day 3 I was feeling light headed. had to leave work early I wasnt starving. I guess my body adjusting. it continued the rest of the day, them I came to mind that maybe my blood sugers are low (not diabetic) so I had a hard candy like a mint and what do you know, within moments I felt 100% better. the plus side of everything, I have already lost weight or inches, clothes fitting fantastic. 14 day pre-op diet. day 2 completed called doc. today, asked if I can add 1 celery stalk, Yahooooo its a go. I am sticking to my diet as if my life depended on it ( it does) I premixed my vanilla Protein powder for work every morning. 8 oz's at 10 small fruit at 12 8 oz's at 1:30 celery stalk at 3:00 Water, water water 5:00 light dinner, 4 0z protien and 4 oz veggie I now am postive I can do this so happy Sc surgery 12/26/07

Hi AllgirlToo I feel the same way, I am scared. I have to keep the tears from coming down. the whole process went by fast, about 3 months. When I recieved the call from the Dr.s office, I didnt anwser the phone and finally called them back about 4 hrs later I start my liquid diet tomorrow. the next 14 days will consist of 2 protien drinks and 1 small meal. that I can manage. I have my pre-op appt 12/19, I truly feel that day will be the day I make my final decision. I will miss food so much. I did enjoy chinese today with my husband, I felt sad, yet happy that I will soon be able to end my affair with food. SC surgery date 12/26/07

I start my pre-op diet on wednsday. X 2wks Breakfast - one Protein drink and 1 fruit (4oz) lunch - 1 Protein Drink dinner - 4 oz protien my choice, 4 oz vegetable my choice no snaking, increase my Water intake. up exercise I will follow my diet to the letter. Hi Gayle. My surgery date is 12/26. day after x-mas. 14 days pre-op diet starts 12/12. yummy 2 protien drinks and 1 small small small dinner. But it will be well worth it. SC

Hi ladies and gents. I have been on pins and needles, waiting for that phone call. It came today and I didnt want to return the call. I finally got the courage at call my Doc's office at 2:30 from work and my surgery date is DECEMBER 26th, I actually feel ready and am quite excited. Hi 4jin, its sad but true, women can be so mean and catty. these women have their own issues, and it wont matter a bit if your thin or fat. its just best to stay clear of anyone who is negative. I always walk with my head up, shoulders tall. I feel good about myself and it shows. it shouldnt matter what the scale reads. good luck on your road to health SC not yet banded

I dont know if this will help, but if you look up to the sky and blow kisses, it is suppose to tighten the neck and chin. I've beening doing this SC not yet banded

ladies, I want to thank all of you for being so honest, I dont even have a date yet, (sometime mid-Dec) and I had a panic attack on the way to my last requirement. thankfully this nervousness has not made me very hungry. can they cancel if they think you are to emotional.
