Yes, we meet every 3rd Thursday of the Month at 5:30 pm, so our next meeting is August 20th, I do have Jury Duty this week so I hope that does not mess up my meeting. I think we may have already talk on the phone before. I hope to see you there!

Hello: I too have been to the KG group, I picked different day to meet so you can do both if you choose. This is just getting started so there are just 3-4 regulars right now but hoping to expand. We focus more on the individual and the support you may need or can offer to the group. Come out and give us a try I think you will like the group. If you have more questions fire away. I am here to help.

Pain is avery individual experience and we all have different pain tolerances so all I can tell you was that my pain was very low. I credit some of that from all my hard work pre-op. Get on a walking system NOW, it is key to early success. In my humble opinion.. Just go for it....its time to be healthy....

I glad you decided to choose a healthy path for yourself. The weight gaining thing is a slippery slope that we all seem to get on and it only gets worse as we age. This was the right decision for me. I am almost 7 months post opp and down 95#. I still have a ways to go but loving the trip! Don't be intimadated about posting it will make things easyer when you get closer to surgery to talk things through.

Things are going well with no complications so far. I have lost 95# since I started down the surgery path. Pre-diabets is now in remission A1c is now "normal"!!! I am down to 1 BP pill, 1 chols pill and 1 RLS pill (this will probably never go away). Doc thinks I may go off my CPAP by my 1 year date. Having to lower pressure down now.

B Autumn, welcome to the other side! Hope things are going well. Bay Health has a Support Group in Milford. I am not aware of any in Seaford. However, I run the Camden group, and we are very small group right now and we probably can work around this childcare issue for now. I would rather you get the support that you need. You must understand that as the group grows in size and anyone can attend that there may be inappropriate subjects that may get discussed in front of your kids and at some point this may not work as well for you or me. This Month I will be moving from the Church over to the W B Simpson Community Center and will have more choices of meeting rooms to work from. So Please join us if you can. The next meeting is April 16 @ 5:30- 6:30 pm.
