Hello:
Yes, I have same problem. I am the COR for my Pack 297 in Camden De. Everything is too big including my expensive hunting gear and rain suite too. So I replace a little at a time. Our boy scout troop has a "community closet" where you can donate your old clothes or camping gear to help out the scouters who might be financially strap. The boys go through several sizes during that time frame.

I understand, that part of the reason I started a group in Dover. That list gives you some other options.
I hope one will work for you.

I would thought you doctor would have said to go to the CHRAIS Support Group. However, you can go to any support groups or multiple ones.
Sounds like you need the support, so find one that fits or at least become active on the On line support sites. Good Luck!

I had a drain, minor inconvience at most. It was removed at my 1 week follow-up. It does feel wierd when they remove it but it did not hurt.

Hello ! I had my sleeve surgery in October 2016. My issue that I am having now is that I am craving sweets and carbs. I am having a hard time just saying no to them. I also haven't been exercising lately. I need motivation and support. I live in Delaware , but currently commuting to King go Prussia for work 5 days a week, working 10 hour shifts. With all the traffic I deal with I am exhausted mentally and physically when I get home. I need some advice. I know I need to remove the trigger/ slider items out of my environment . I need to get back on track. Encourage !
Well sounds like you did a great diagnostic of your program and Identified at least two common issues. You need to get back on track right away before you spiral down and start to regain. Search 5 day pouch test, this method should stop the cravings for the carbs. Make sure you always have a good Protein snack with you for that long commute. The "not exercising to tired" is a vicious cycle, exercise is what helps us mentally to reset and also builds the energy back. Start small with just walking. You have done this before, and you are important enough to do it again.Try to be more active on the website or go to local Support Group if you can. Do not allow your hard work so far to go to waste. The further you get out the harder it is to stay on program so start TODAY!! Try to be more active on the website or go to local Support Group if you can.

No complications or problems for me at all. I say surgery and recovery was textbook. I knew I had surgery but never got nausea and I have never threw up at all still today. I stop pain meds early after I got home. I was slow getting in the Water and Protein goal for the first week. I work harder on Water than food. It is amazing how little food you can get in in the beginning but it will become more normal after all the swelling is gone. Well our new normal anyway.

I went with VSG, I would be concerned with the malobsorption complications and the going to the bathroom 4-5 times a day. It seems like your BMI is not that high, most over 50 opt for single or double DS. I am sure you did your research and your team has come up with the best solution for you. That is what matters the most. Goos luck with what ever you decide.
