I'm sure I'll be hating them a few days into my pre-op diet but I have to say... Bariatric Fusion protein powder with skim milk is the best I've tried so far!

Manic Monday! What's on your plate? I've already emptied the dishwasher, thrown together a meat sauce for dinner, down two loads of laundy, and entered my calendar for the week. It's almost 7am and I am on the move!

My new nightly snack is 1/4 small apple, 3-4 cuts of cheddar, and a Dove dark promise. Perfection on a (little) plate.

It's too bad that stupidity isn't painful.

It makes me so sad to be locked out of the vets' forum for another 6 months. Being over a year out, I no longer really belong in the newbie forum except to offer encouragement and advice. People I can actually relate to are all hanging out in the cool kids room.

You guys, I really am going to run this marathon! Longest training run (20 miles) is now behind me and less than three weeks until the race!

Karma is such a funny thing...

I totally stress ate 7 pounds in the last two weeks. Sigh. Yes, you can eat around your sleeve. Now it's time to get back to business.

My stalker is back!! And here I thought she'd taken a clue. She loves me. <3

It's very interesting to me that some people are SO in-tune with their bodies, they just *know* that they will be fine if they hurry through the food stages or drink alcohol early. If I was that in-tune with mine, I never would have needed WLS to begin with. I am SUPER jealous.

Off for some cottage cheese tonight for dinner. Hubby is at the Packer game and his best friend is sitting in my seat. So I will drown my sorrows in cottage cheese with a fresh nectarine. Boo Hoo......

Oh good! My stalker is back!

I am doing great following my brachioplasty that was completed yesterday. Today the pain is worse and of course lots of swelling but holy cow are my arms tiny! Even swollen! It makes me excited for the next phase which will be tummy and breasts 3 months from now.
