4'11 180 lbs... Insurance/self pay combo ?
I went to the company true results and because I had a hiatal hernia my insurance paid for the hernia operation part and I'm paying about $6800 for the rest of it. I make my monthly payments of $150 a month and I'll be doing that until the 6000 whatever is paid off. I see it as an investment in my future I'm already saving about $75 a month in medicine that I no longer have to take not to mention the wear and tear on my body being 50 pounds lighter.

Hi everyone
Good luck. I did not have too much of a problem with the liquid stage. Although, I was anxious to get to the soft food stage mainly because I miss chilling. But sugarfree Popsicles only help with that. I'm not a man so I can't tell you have you're going to change as you lose weight but I would assume that because you are a man and you have all that testosterone that will help you lose weight faster than women do. And everybody is different and your body will react differently losing weight before when I've lost weight I didn't have sagging skin but now I'm older and 44 and I'm noticing it in strange places that I never noticed it before. Good luck again. God bless

Sleeved and hungry
I was sleeved May 7th. I get hungry. Most of the time its mild but sometimes its bad. I have to admit to snacking on greek yogurt or cheese. I found that some of the hunger was acid reflux.
