  1. I went to the company true results and because I had a hiatal hernia my insurance paid for the hernia operation part and I'm paying about $6800 for the rest of it. I make my monthly payments of $150 a month and I'll be doing that until the 6000 whatever is paid off. I see it as an investment in my future I'm already saving about $75 a month in medicine that I no longer have to take not to mention the wear and tear on my body being 50 pounds lighter.
  2. I hope your recovery is quick. Bless you on your journey.
  3. Welcome to you! I am very happy you're here. And good luck with all your losing in the future!
  4. It is a personal call. But I personally think it's worth it. I'm only a little over two months out but all I know is that I weigh 50 pounds less than I weighed in April because I lost in the presurgery diet iambs so much healthier. Good luck to you
  5. I was done on 5/5 and started at 242 was down to 227 on surgery day and now am 192. I wish I was faster loser. I have been at 192 for10 days. I've been eating unplanned but I just leave you have not been working out very well. Let's hope that it improves soon.
  6. Good luck. I did not have too much of a problem with the liquid stage. Although, I was anxious to get to the soft food stage mainly because I miss chilling. But sugarfree Popsicles only help with that. I'm not a man so I can't tell you have you're going to change as you lose weight but I would assume that because you are a man and you have all that testosterone that will help you lose weight faster than women do. And everybody is different and your body will react differently losing weight before when I've lost weight I didn't have sagging skin but now I'm older and 44 and I'm noticing it in strange places that I never noticed it before. Good luck again. God bless
  7. You look great. Wishing you continued success.
  8. I am so glad you are both ok. Bless you.
  9. I was sleeved on 5/7 and I had a few bumps under my scars and I had one of the internal stitches come out through the glue but they just pulled it out.
  10. I was sleeved May 7th. I get hungry. Most of the time its mild but sometimes its bad. I have to admit to snacking on greek yogurt or cheese. I found that some of the hunger was acid reflux.
  11. I have head hunger and I amd 2 1/2 mo post surgery. I wish I had followed the eating slow and no drinking thing before to practice.
  12. I am praying for a quick recovery!
  13. You look terrific. I am happy for you and am excited for your future!
  14. I too am obsessed with the scale. I tried to eat lots of protein and drink lots of water. I'm not working out like I should. But I just have to know what I'm doing is the best for me.
