Don't sweat girl. Just hang in there. I only lost 8 and I was starving all the time and then they didn't even weight me when I got to the hospital LOL..Even if it's 2 or 3 pounds a loss is a loss. everyone is different.

Hang in there my friend. I only lost 8 during the whole pre op diet thing. I was getting mad because I would read people losing 10+ but I guess everyone is different. I'm excited for you. wepaaaaa lol

@jenelle-Thanks Mami ! yes that's true everyone is different i just need to keep going. and yes i am so excited and at the same time scared of not knowing whats going to happen , but your post have been so helpful girl..like you have updated us on every step and i love it. i happy you are doing great! keep losing that weight hun lol but we will always be part of fluffynation even tho we will be Skinner lol i use the word fluffy because i hate the word fat , we are voluminous, curvaceous, fluffy , thick ! not fat lol

thanks ! i will deff try that. i am just really afraid of the headache i just hope they not that bad , because i cant take anything for them and i am the type of person that i will take meds for any pain lol i hate having a headache. but i will find all my will power in me to stick to this.

we are here for you! ... my doc told me I could take tylenol... but if it's a "food" headache, it probably won't help... I thought getting off the carbonated beverages would be the hardest (diet coke-aholic), but it was surprisingly easy and I am so much better without it

Im nervous, I can't sleep. Anxious and if it wasn't for this pre-op diet I would be eating the world right now...lol
