I'M confused on how much I'm to drink , do I mix it with any other ingredients , and is there something that taste good? I will be starting my pre op diet in a week and I want to get my supplies but not sure which one. I hate the vanilla flavour and chocolate smell awful. Help!

Hello fellow Canadians, I'm so excited to tell you that I gave up on OHIP and oped to go to Mexico . Dr Garcia will perform the surgery on May 5th. My dr and husband are worried cuz it's Mexico. If anyone has been down this path please let me know how your experience was with the whole crossing the boarder, staying in the hotel and the hospital.
