  1. I am ten days post op and I find it easiest to drink room temp water. If you can't drink water eat 1-2 popsicles an hour. That was recommended by my surgeon which is part of center of excellence.

  3. Hello, I'm not sure about the egg whites but I thought on week three your supposed to be on pureed food

  5. Maybe I was given a leak test while in surgery cause I was able to eat broth, pudding and jello right out of surgery..hmmm

  8. One more question from me, surgery was 3/26 I started my menstrual cycle on Monday I called the nurse they said yes it's normal the surgery or anesthesia can do that. But it's really heavy, should I give it some time or call again? Anyone else have this happen?

  10. I was told to take a drink every 15 min of room temp water it goes down better and eat at least 1-2 sf popsicles an hour
  11. Since surgery March 26 I can't sleep on my side comfortably it's like my hips go numb or something. Anyone else that problem?

  14. Hello, I had surgery on the 26th. I haven't had pain meds since the 27th not any nausea meds feels like I'm doing fine. Monday not so much I was confused as to what I did I felt horrible I was mad at my self for even thinking this was a good I idea. I could not drink Water cause it hurt. Protein drinks were also a no go. Today, I'm feeling better I have lost 18lbs I'm trying to get all my fluids in and drinking at least two instant Breakfast for protein. I can only drink room temp water and I can indulge in sf popsicles. broth is going well, little boring so I just got Soups and have strained than out to just drink the broth. I hear Isopure is a good source of protein has anyone tried it? Here's to going into week 2
